The location is situated adjacent to the Scalloway Fish Market and is close to the larger market in Lerwick. These clean, modern, temperature-controlled fish markets are reckoned to be the best in the UK. And being so close to the fishing grounds ensures that fish are landed there at the peak of their freshness.
Our products are landed at the Shetland markets, mostly whitefish, with some pelagic species and shellfish, predominately scallops caught in Shetland waters. Quality is paramount in the successful supply of fresh fish and this is evident in how we source and handle our products. The product offering is strong and customer satisfaction is high due to the exceptional quality of produce and service. We can also supply fillets and any special cuts of fish to order.

ATH Fish supply daily orders to the Scottish Mainland, England, France, Portugal and Spain. Fish bought on the market is processed and packed,loaded into refrigerated containers, ferried to Aberdeen overnight and transported by carriers nationwide.
